Each event incurs a Catering Fee per bar setup depending on venue mileage, that covers insurance, permits, staffing, and bar setup & takedown. Moreover, there’s a $850 bar sales minimum for every event; if this minimum isn’t reached, the hosting party will receive an invoice for the difference.
