Join the SHINE Team

At SHINE, we’re more than a bar—we’re a community built around great beer, great food, and great people. We’re always looking for motivated, positive individuals who take pride in what they do and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Whether you’re behind the bar, in the kitchen, or helping customers find their next favorite beer in the bottle shop, every role at SHINE is part of something bigger. If you’re hardworking, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to have you on board.

SHINE is currently hiring for bartender positions. Please submit a Bartender Application if you’re interested in that role.
